Vlad and Lena Shalnev are former Ukraine Professional Latin-American Champions, they both studied dance from a young age and quickly became very dedicated to practicing.
 
They initially danced as amateurs with the famous Ukrainian formation team . In 1993 they turned professional and quickly rose to become Ukraine Professional Latin-American Champions.

Their artistic versatility has taken them around the world performing and competing in world class dance events.

Throughout their career they have continued to study their art and have been honored to be taught by Shirley & Corky Ballas and other well respected dancers in their field.

In 2007 Lena and Vlad retired from Competitive Dancing in order to concentrate on passing on their knowledge to all those who have an impulse to dance.

Since then they Dance, Perform, Teach, Choreograph and Artistically Direct others.

They stand out for their generosity and their ability to teach, their focus on technique and for the individual attention they offer to each and every one of their students.
